Fear and Change

There is always fear when there is change, but courage will see you through. Be en-couraged and be an encourager.

  1. Change causes instant issues for most people.

Change means that the way things have always been done – the things that are familiar, whether we like them or not – will not be carried on the same and this adds the element of THE UNKNOWN into the equation.

What is unknown can cause the Fight & Flight situation.

The Type of person who comes into this situation knowing the chaos that those around him are feeling & stays calm and focussed and can truly help others to see the steady ground is a remarkable person.

Thank you for sharing so succinctly the way forward – to have courage and to be an en – courager in the face of Change.
